The Nueces River Retreat is located in Barksdale, Texas, deep in the hill country surrounded by rolling hills and nature. It has been the perfect get-away for those wanting to swim, kayak, hunt, fish, arrowhead hunt, and enjoy family events. This property has been in our family for 53 years, and we are excited to share it with you so you can rest, relax, and reconnect during your stay.
There is a 2 night minimum on our rooms. We make exceptions for guests on motorcycles or bicycles who are riding the Two Twisted Sisters route or through our beautiful area, and for out of town guests who are attending one-day events. Please call us at 512.981.7876 for more information!
